How do I open an account?
To initiate the process, please follow the steps outlined under the "Become a Customer" tab.
We will diligently review your application within 21 business days.
Please ensure that you possess a valid resale certificate or resale identification number.
Please note that our services are currently limited to businesses within the United States, and we do not facilitate transactions with entities located outside of this jurisdiction.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Our standard order minimum is $2,000. However, please note that the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may vary depending on the specific brand.
What is your shipping or delivery charge?
We operate on EXW (Ex Works) terms. This means you have the option to pick up your shipment directly from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Alternatively, we can arrange shipping for you at an additional cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Lead times for orders will be determined in consultation with your dedicated account manager. These lead times are subject to variability based on the specific products and brands being ordered.
Do you sell to individuals?
We exclusively serve businesses with valid resale certificates. Please note that we do not cater to individual consumers; our services are tailored specifically for wholesale transactions.

Where do I find the prices on the items you carry?
Access to pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale accounts. Upon successful review and approval of your wholesale application, you will be able to view pricing details upon logging into your account.
What are the expiration dates on the items you sell?
Almost all our items have expiration dates of 12+ months from the receipt date (where applicable).
What is your return policy?
All orders are final and non-returnable. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
